Greenlife Estates moves back to the Elviria Hills Office and keeps pushing its online presence

In March we celebrated our first anniversary since the reopening of the Elviria Hills Sales Office.

Grenlife Estates, promoter since its establishment in 1995, after having carried out emblematic projects in Marbella as Elviria Hills, la Trinidad and Imara among others, has expanded its activities offering now real estates intermediation services, concentrating in the area of Marbella and extending its activity to Sotogrande where recently the construction of two luxury villas in the resort Altos de Valderrama have been completed.

The new location, next to Greenlife Golf Club, has allowed us to bring our activities close to the golf course and Restaurant El Lago that we are still managing since its opening in 2000.

We recently opened our new website specifically designed to achieve a good positioning of our company on the internet and its use as easy and intuitive as possible for our customers by integrating the various activities of Greenlife Estates.

Hansa Realty S.L. – Licensee of Engel & Völkers for the Costa del Sol has launched its new Costa del Sol Property website.

Until now the EV Costa del Sol site has relied on Adwords and other paid programs to get visitors & clients. The new website has been planned with a very strong focus on usability and accessibility for the visitors but also on indexability for search engines, so we expect to have a huge increase of the natural traffic and reduce/eliminate the need for paid advertising on the net in the few months. We will keep you posted if we reach our objective.

Proptrack.com closes – now what?

HiFX, the company behind Proptrack.com, has announced that as from March 31st they will cease operating the Proptrack service. Many of the Proptrack members, free and paid ones, must be thinking “… and now what?”. These estate agents are left without the property management tool, good or bad, where they have been investing work and resources during the last year and a half.

As soon as the news was made public, some companies inmediately started the hunt for those potential customers spreading a message of panic “you need to do something quick or you are going to lose all your data”.

You need to make an informed and correct decision this time. Proptrack allows you to download a copy of all your data. You are not going to lose it.

You should contact several IT companies (also with Inmoba, of course ;-), meet with them. See their offices and meet their teams. Ask them about their property and contact management systems, etc … but also, and this is crucial, about:

Which estate agents are working with their system?
What these clients say about them? Ask for references and phone these clients.
How are they going to integrate their property database with your actual website? Can they help? Can they take care of everything? Ask for some examples.
Are they going to take care on how the change is going to affect you current rankings on Google? How?

Once you have all the information, and only then, decide which IT company is going to work with you and remember this is a long term relationship you are considering!
