SEO in Marbella, ask for proofs!
As you may know, we are based in Estepona so the 70% of our client base is spread over the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Sotogrande. Also one of our strongest points as an IT company are our SEO services and most of our clients ask for them.
When meeting a new client to talk about SEO, we usually presents what we call a nice SEO picture. “Marbella Property” is perhaps the most demanded keyword combination by our clients and since many months (and years) if you do the search for “Marbella Property“ in Google.com you get something like this (at the time of writing ;-):
Yes, the first 3 positions are occupied by websites developed by Inmoba, some others in the first 10 results page and a few more waiting in the second page.
It may sound a little bit presumptuous from our part but the industry of search engine marketing in Marbella and the Costa del Sol is getting a bit overcrowded, and what is worst, by many “SEO professionals” that simply cannot prove most of their statements. This is damaging a lot to the real pros that are just trying to help their clients.
Companies like DM Properties, Panorama, Terra Meridiana, Villa Marketing, Engel & Völkers, … are known because of their years in the property business but also because of their demanding needs. The years we have been working with them on their websites and property databases, and helping them to market their websites are our best active.
